Biography
Roshen Menon, Principal, joined North Bridge Growth Equity in 2007, coming from Summit Partners, a global private equity firm.
Roshen Menon focuses on growth equity investments in industries such as e-commerce, financial technology, healthcare technology and software. He is actively involved in the North Bridge investment SmartPak.
Before joining North Bridge, Roshen was an Associate at Summit Partners, an $11 billion private equity firm where he was involved in growth equity investments and management-led buyouts in the financial services, healthcare technology, industrial technology, and software industries.
Previously, he was a corporate strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting advising domestic and international healthcare and technology corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, operations and new product development. He started his career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at FleetBoston Financial.
Roshen has an AB in Psychology and Asian Studies from Bowdoin College, where he was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar. Outside the office, he can be found on the ski slopes or the soccer fields.
