We use mobile data as a form of currency–as a thank you to give back to users on behalf of advertisers and businesses who want users to engage more with their mobile ads and mobile apps.

Serial entrepreneur Susie Kim Riley on Tuesday introduced her third startup–a company called Aquto Corp. that has found a way to help mobile users subsidize the cost of their data bills.

Aquto raised $8 million last year from North Bridge Venture Partners and Matrix Partners and is working with both mobile carriers and the major ad networks on a service that rewards mobile users with extra data if they watch ads, buy items through mobile apps, download and try new apps or perform other mobile tasks.
